Sensor-based tracking


 The sensor-based 2DOF tracking method uses data from sensors such as pan and tilt rotation of a camera. This rotary encoder built on a tripod makes it possible to superimpose CGIs on images. Parameters from a lens encoder are changed to zoom in and out on the superimposed images. This tracking method is more robust than vision-based tracking method.
